INVESTMENT OPTIONS
The investment options for the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program are listed below.
1. Donation
A donation of $270,000 is made to the National Transformation Fund (NTF). For each additional person in the applicant's family of four, $25,000 must be paid.
2. Real Estate
For the applicant and their family of up to four (the primary applicant, their spouse, and two confirmed dependents), a minimum additional investment of $350,000 is required.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Detailed review fees, government official fees and application fees, passport and oath of allegiance fees, local escrow account fees, as well as VAT and bank charges will be added.
