QUEBEC IMMIGRANT INVESTOR PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have at least 2 years management experience in the last 5 years.
• The main applicant, together with the spouse, must have a net worth of at least CAD 2.000.000 (cash, company capital and/or property)
• Must be able to partake in one of the below investment options.
OPTION 1 • A onetime only payment (using loan): CAD 350.000. Under this option investors make a payment of CAD 350.000, the credited amount of CAD 1.200.000. This amount is not refundable. This amount does not include the cost of the official immigration application. All other costs included.
OPTION 2 • Financial Investment (interest-free investment): Under this option the applicant makes an investment of CAD 1.200.000 in Quebec bonds (5 year term deposit with 0 interest and state guarantee) This amount does not include the cost of the official immigration application. A total of CAD 85.000 in costs and fees will be paid separately.

APPLICATION PROCESS

• The process starts after both parties sign the Consultancy Service Agreement.
• The payment of deposit (extracted at the time of investment) and file process fees are made.
• The investor submits all requested documents to Sen International. The immigration application is completed after all the documents are provided by the investor.
• Upon receiving the interview notification, the investor travels to Quebec for the interview with the immigration officer.
• After approval of the immigration office is received, the investor chooses and completes one of the investment options listed above.
• The investment models are going to be put into action only following the receipt of the official approval letter.
• Following the completion of the investment process an application is made to the Federal Government of Canada for Health and Security checks.
• Permanent Residency Cards are issued for the investor and family members.

THE PROCESS IS EXPECTED TO FINALISE IN 2 TO 4 YEARS

• The investor is provided with Sen International’s preliminary interview service free of charge.
• Only official fees to be paid during this period.
• According to the law in effect;
- One must spend a total of 2 years in the next 5 years after entering the country to keep the Permanent Resident status or,
- Spend 1095 days in the last 5 years in Canada in order to be eligible for citizenship.

LIMITED CITIZENSHIP RIGHTS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENTS

• Full citizenship rights with the exceptions of the right to vote and stand for election.
• PR holders have the right to work in the job of their choosing or to invest in any business they wish.
• Benefit from free health, education and pension rights.
• Have the right to enter and leave Canada without any limitations.
