Kanada Göçmenlik

Candidates who wish to immigrate to Canada for business purposes are selected according to the prospect of providing financial resources and/or their contribution to culture. Immigrants with business intentions are divided into three groups: entrepreneurs, investors, and freelance business people.

Investors

In order to qualify to be a part of immigrant investor program you must:

• be 18 years of age or older
• have a minimum of 2 years of work experience out of the last five years
• have minimum assets of $1,600,000 CD
• invest $800,000 CD over five years

In order to make this investment, you may want to use foreign funds. CIC has concluded agreements with numerous financial institutions to assist you in obtaining foreign sources in your investments. Moreover, all these establishments are members of the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC).

Many potential immigrants may have difficulties obtaining the necessary liquid assets ($800,000 CD) in a short span of time. Many others are owners of profitable businesses and they do not find it convenient to transfer some part of it from their business. In these types of situations, there are two options open to the applicant:

1) A payment choice to be used once (Loan utilization)
The immigration candidate pays only the interest (cost) for the investment to be placed and this interest payment will not be returned at the end of 5 years

2) Cash option (No loan utilization)
The immigration candidate makes the $800,000 CD investment in government-guaranteed government bonds as 5-year deposit account with no interest. At the end of 5 years, this amount is returned without any interest.

The provinces that take part in this program facilitate growth in the economy by utilizing your investments in new businesses. Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) will forfeit your investment without any interest 5 years after your permanent stay in Canada.

For any further information, please do not hesitate to get in touch with National Bank Financial (http://www.nbf-gocanada.com) , which is one of the first institutions to establish an investor immigration program in Canada and is working in collaboration with Sen International.

Entrepreneur Immigrant

Candidates who wish to apply for the entrepreneur immigrant program should have a minimum of $300,000 CD in personal assets as well as business experience in a required field. Within the following three years of their permanent residence, it is specified that candidates establish and run their own businesses which will employ a minimum of one permanent resident (not a family member). In the visa to be issued to the candidates, conditions like the ones given above are indicated, and the candidate is expected to fulfill them. Sen International will provide you with the necessary support to accomplish the stipulations.

Self Employed

In order for you to be accepted as a self employed immigrant, you must be enthusiastic and proficient at executing your occupation independently. This can be done in certain ways: purchasing a farm and running it, contributing to the cultural and social life of Canada, contributing directly to sports by being an athlete or indirectly by working with sports professionals.
